Special membership for those households who have an existing gate leading from their property to Spring Lane.
This gate access is not transferable to subsequent homeowners, should you sell your property the existing gate will need to be removed and the opening permanently blocked off.
Note – This is a recurring membership and payment will be collected every month until cancelled
