This page details the terms of membership, and access to Spring Lane Playing Fields.
By signing up and paying a monthly subscription you agree to abide by these terms.
Membership
- Membership is contingent on payment of the advertised monthly subscription, £5 per person as of December 2023, on the 1st working day of the month
- Membership is on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time
- Non Payment of membership will result in access being withdrawn
- Membership is unique to the individual and cannot be shared or transferred
- Member photos are required to monitor member access
- Sharing of membership will result in the removal of access
Dog Walking
- Dog walking is not permitted upon the sports playing areas, currently the two rugby pitch areas, the two football pitch areas and the two cricket squares (areas outlined in red on the map below)
- Dog walkers are expected to pick up after their dogs and use the bins provided
- Dogs are permitted off the lead, providing they are under control and don’t pose a risk to other site users.
- Photographs of dogs are required to identify owners
- Failure to abide by these rules could result in the withdrawal of access
General
- Please respect our site and do not litter
- Please be mindful of other site users
- Site Access – generally dawn till dusk and will vary depending on the time of year
These terms are subject to review and users will be notified if/when they change
